Every year we invite friends over and we head out to Ribfest.  We each purchase a rack of ribs from a different vendor and head over to our place and chow down.  Every year it has become tradition for me to make this sangria which I call Ribfest Sangria.

Ribfest Sangria

This is how I make it.

1.5L bottle of Strawberry Wine
1 – 20oz bottle of passion fruit coconut rum
1- 2 litre bottle of fresca
1 – 1L carton of passion fruit juice
2 oranges (sliced)
1 Lime (Sliced)
Strawberries, peaches & mangos or a frozen bag of the same mix.

Pour it all in with some ice and enjoy
