So I am just getting over a cold and for some reason I am craving something greasy and gooey. Actually, I think that is my first go to craving all the time. All I had in the fridge was some eggs, Gruyère cheese and mortadella. Threw some butter in a pan, grilled the bread, slapped on some slices of Gruyère, the mortadella, fried egg and there you have it…..nuf sed!!!

Craving was satisfied
