While travelling through Provence we stopped in this small town near Saint Martin De Crau.  After walking around for a half hour trying to decide where we should eat we settled down at a small little bistro found tucked away in a courtyard.  After a long day of driving I was in the mood for some wine and of course some cheese to wash it down…hehe!  To my surprise when I ordered the cheese platter I did not think they would bring me their entire selection.  I was able to pick and choose whatever I wanted from this platter, they just left it at our table until I was done with it.  Bon Appetit!!!
